I've had lots of new editorial illustrations published recently. The first 4 are for Dobbies Magazine (available in Dobbies Garden Centres now) and the article is to encourage children to get into gardening. The projects were easy to make and fun and I wanted this reflected in my designs by including lots of little creatures to keep kids entertained (spot the bees, cat and naughty caterpillar!)
The next illustration is the front cover for Inner Circle, a client I've enjoyed working with several times. The theme of the issue and illustration was technology, in particular apps, so we've got apps for everything from dry cleaning to space ships! It was a really fun project especially making technology out of paper! You can see the whole issue here.

Cosmic Kitty & Astro Girl Microsoft #TileArt Illustrations
I was asked by Mircrosoft (through my agent Illustrationweb) to create some new designs for their Tile Art App which allows users to create their own artwork for their phones. I was given a really open brief and decided to create my range based around the retro space inspired adventures of a girl and her cat (called Cosmic Kitty and Astro Girl). One of the really exciting aspects of this project is that bits of the design can be transparent so you can see the background clearly through the helmets as you move the designs on the phone. I created all the images as paper collages with a bit of splattered paint to create stars for good measure! As you might be able to tell the kitty is based largely on my cat Cleo and I do own a purple top a bit like the one below!
You can see a Youtube clip of my images on a phone here

The Ladywellephant- a charity elephant all about Ladywell!
A little while ago (ahem!) the lovely Slater & King in Ladywell asked me to create another painting to go on a model of a baby elephant which could then be raffled off with all proceeds going to charity. This time round the ele was only a miniature (aww!) and to celebrate the lovely area of Ladywell I dedicated the whole design to the area of South East London, my old home not so long ago. The mural features Hilly Fields park, the view into central London, the cafes, several dogs, my cat who sneaked in amongst the flowers and Slater & Kings shop too! Tickets can be bought from Slater & King but hurry there's only a week or so to go as the raffle ends Christmas Eve. All proceeds go to the charity Signal supporting parents of children with Autism.

The Cats of Cadaques!
Back in Summer 2012 I went on holiday to the French Pyrenees, Collioure, Barcelona and my favourite Cadaques (a beautiful town on the Costa Brava coast, full of white buildings, artists and cats!) I loved staying there seeing Dali's mad house, attempting to speak Spanish and greeting the large number of cats who live there (there's a cat sanctuary). I was determined to create a picture based on my Cadaques (and Barcelona) and finally it's done! Hope you like my psychedelic take on Cadaques, featuring a jazz cat, the Cheshire cat and a Dali cat painting the whole scene!
It's also been accepted into the CueB open Exhibition held at South London's Brockley Mess in February/ March every year. (Private view Friday 21st Feb 7-9pm).

November Exhibitions!
This month I've got a solo exhibition of my work at Kaizo Hair Salon in Shoreditch. I've entitled it "Down the Rabbit Hole" as my work often references Alice in Wonderland due to the large number of bunnies in my work! It's on for the whole of November and you can buy both cards and prints directly from the salon or from me at my NOTHS shop.
I've also got some new on my ele in the UK Elephant Parade. She is now on display in Cardiff from 13th November at the Wales Millenium Centre.
